Learn the basic techniques of yoga, mats provided
Mondays 6:00 pm
Workout on the equipment in the gym and get in shape
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 – 5:30 pm Students practice in the REA Basketball courts in preparation for their games at the YMCA Youth Basketball League on Saturdays. Checkout this season’s schedule!
