ARTS IN THE PARK 2013!!!

SOY will be participating in this Saturday’s “Arts in the Park”
Event held at Estancia Park. This event was created with the
local non profits in mind; particularly those that work with
youth in our Costa Mesa community. SOY will be in charge of
creating a 16 x 4 feet mural that will be featured during
Costa Mesa’s 60th Anniversary in June. It will also be showcased
in City Hall for a month with the possibility of having a permanent
spot. Our dance team will be performing as well as some of our
music students. There will be food and refreshments available for
purchase as a way for the local non profits to raise some extra
funds for their programming. SOY will be in charge of refreshments,
selling sodas and aguas frescas.
This is a free family event so please bring everyone!
Arts in the Park will be held at Estancia Park from 12 - 4pm

SOY FIESTA BROKE ALL RECORDS!!!

Thanks to our Donors and Supporters, our 5th

Annual SOY FIESTA was our most successful

event ever! We not only had the most people

attend, over 180, but we also had the most fun,

and we raised the most money ever!

With the help of a $25,000 Matching Challenge Grant from Hoag

Hospital Foundation, Corporate Sponsorship from St. Joseph Health

System Foundation, Event Sponsorship from Taco Rosa, and over 40

Platinum through Bronze Sponsors, and a successful silent auction

and opportunity drawing, the FIESTA raised over $80,000!

This was a wonderful way to celebrate our 20th Anniversary.

Please check out the photos on the Fiesta Tab. You can also
