The Health and Fitness program is specially designed for our Costa Mesa youth. We provide fun and safe ways for minors, and their parents to participate in the well being of their health. Our goal is to promote and maintain a healthy lifestyle by providing different classes and workshops in which members can participate on a year-round basis. The program is composed of other sub-programs in order to better assist the needs of our community. All our classes are free of charge. Weightlifting/Fitness Program
This program is designed to fit the individual needs of our members. Through our fully equipped fitness room we can address the personal goals of our participants. We also offer fitness classes that include yoga, Pilates, cardiovascular workouts and strength/resistance training. We also offer a six-week fitness program in which our participants meet on a one-to-one basis with a personal trainer to improve and maintain an active lifestyle. Our fitness room is opened Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Fitness training classes are offered Tuesday-Thursday 4:00- 7:00pm.

Dance Program
Through our Dance program we have been able to execute fitness activities in a creative and fun way. Members are taught various forms of dance ranging from Hip Hop, Salsa, and Merengue to Mambo and African Dance just to name a few. Our children are then encouraged to perform in talent shows, fair exhibitions and competitions. All of the instructions are professional choreographers or student volunteers majoring in dance.
Dance Classes offered:
Beginners: Wednesdays 1:30pm- 2:30pm
Intermediate: Wednesdays 5:00pm- 7:00pm
Fridays 6:00pm- 7:00pm
Advanced: Mondays 5:00pm- 7:00pm
Fridays 5:00pm- 6:00pm
